Face Painting

As a class reward, Harakeke chose face painting and this was creatively done by wonderful parent, Jess. At the conclusion of the painting, we had several lions lying all over the mat, joined by a princess, Spider Man and a dear little butterfly. The children thoroughly enjoyed receiving their Ten Balloon Reward.

New Furniture In Kanuka

Recently our school received funding from the Kate Valley Landfill Community Trust to purchase new furniture for the senior children in our school. Tables replace the individual desks and moveable trolleys with tote trays house their bits and pieces. The children look pretty pleased with these new additions to their classroom.
